Job Summary:

Desired Skills Experience:

We're seeking individuals who are:

- Highly self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently.

- Outgoing, with a knack for building relationships and a genuine desire to assist others.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management.

- Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

- Hold or willing to obtain Life, Accident, Health & FINRA Series 6 or 7 license within 6 months of hire.

- Knowledgeable about life insurance and investment products, as well as SEC, FINRA, IRS, and state insurance regulations.

- Proficient in technical and analytical skills, including PC proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and navigating multiple applications during call handling.

This role is commission-based with results-driven compensation. Qualified Financial Services Professionals will have access to a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental, life and disability income insurance, as well as thrift and pension plans.

Pay: $85,369.00 - $98,830.00 per year
